ResumeAce was born out of a personal frustration. Like many of you, our founder experienced the disheartening process of sending out countless resumes only to have them disappear into the 'black hole' of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). We saw talented, qualified individuals being overlooked because their resumes weren't formatted for a machine.
Determined to level the playing field, we dedicated ourselves to building a tool that does more than just check for keywords. We wanted to build something that understands the nuances of professional communication, helping you craft a resume that shines for both robots and humans. This is that tool.
